1. Acceptance

By using XLMGames.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. Service Description

XLMGames is an entertainment platform where users play coin flip games using Stellar Lumens (XLM). Users register with a Stellar wallet address and PIN, deposit XLM to their account balance, and play instantly. Winning bets are paid out on-chain to the user's wallet.

4. Account & Security

Your account is secured by a PIN (4-8 digits) set during registration. You are responsible for keeping your PIN safe. PIN recovery is available by verifying wallet ownership via a micro-transaction (0.01 XLM).

5. Deposits

Deposit XLM to the hot wallet address with your assigned memo. Deposits without the correct memo cannot be credited and may be lost. Deposits from any wallet are accepted with the correct memo. Minimum deposit: 0.1 XLM.

6. Bets

Bets are deducted instantly from your balance. Results are immediate. Minimum bet: 0.1 XLM. Maximum bet: as configured. All bets are final.

7. Provably Fair

Every flip uses a provably fair system. A SHA-256 hash is committed before the flip, and the seed is revealed after. Users can verify any result independently.

8. Payouts & Withdrawals

Winnings are sent on-chain to your registered wallet automatically. Withdrawals send remaining balance to your registered wallet only. Processing may take a few minutes. Minimum withdrawal: 0.1 XLM.

9. No Refunds

All bets are final and non-refundable. Unused balance can be withdrawn.

10. Risks

Crypto transactions are irreversible. You accept all risks including network fees, delays, and potential loss of funds due to incorrect memos.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use this Service for money laundering, fraud, or illegal activity. We may freeze accounts or refuse service.

12. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses from use of the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
